Disconnect Google or delete your account
Disconnect Google to pause SimpleDash and keep your settings, or delete your account to remove everything. What each one does, step by step.
You have two choices. Disconnect Google ends SimpleDash's access and signs you out, but keeps your settings for when you come back. Delete account removes your account and everything in it, and cancels any subscription. Both are in Settings → Profile.
Disconnect Google
Settings → Profile → Disconnect Google.
- SimpleDash's access to your Google account is revoked at Google.
- You're signed out.
- Your settings, chart notes, signup actions and public page addresses are kept.
- The Monday email and your public pages pause until you sign in again.
Signing in again restores everything.
Delete your account
Settings → Profile → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
Any Pro subscription is cancelled straight away.
SimpleDash's access to your Google account is revoked.
Your account and everything in it are deleted: sites, settings, notes, public pages, cached numbers and any Stripe key.
This can't be undone. Stripe keeps its own payment records (invoices and receipts), because it's the merchant of record. Nightly backups that still contain your account are deleted after 30 days.
Remove SimpleDash from your Google account too
Deleting revokes access, but you can check at any time: go to myaccount.google.com/connections and make sure SimpleDash isn't listed.
